The couple was very lovable but the story was quite average not much to write home about TBH. Seemed like a rinse repeat of the previous story just slightly changed.

Again my favorite part about the book was the angst-free plot, lots of the MCs flirting, glimpses into the previous MCs HEA, more of the Kellys shenanigans and the suspense of how they would receive the news of SPOILER ALERT another couple with a big age gap and the Kellys first-born hooking up with his best friend son! Shay and Jamie were very likeable too, but NGL I missed a lot the best friends dynamics, the banter and comradery, the changes from best friends to lovers that the other two previous books had before and after they were a couple. It took a while to Jamie and Shay go from horny f*ck buddies to friends, what was far from their plans by the way. LOL For me, the highlights seemed to always have their families involved and the further glimpses into The Kellys history since Shay as the first-born he was the first to come out. I enjoyed more the revelations and surprises in this part than the romance itself... Smh
