- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a very good book written by a very intellectual and experienced individual! Japanese are well known for their diligence and dedication. These are traits that I really find admirable. Toyota have been existing forever and is still growing, a very resilient organization. Will surely listen / read it again!
