Chef Lottie's culinary journey began at the young age of 7 when she eagerly watched her Mother skilfully bake delectable chocolate cakes. After all, who can resist the allure of a good chocolate cake? It was in that moment that she became captivated and determined to learn this art form that had the power to bring her entire family together during mealtime. By the time she turned 12, Lottie had already taken on the responsibility of cooking family meals, and from that point on, her passion for cooking only grew stronger.
