About this audiobook
Skepticism has been criticized, ironically, and optimism has been glorified beyond all reason. There are sub-cults in the self-help industry that will judge anyone who questions the claims of gurus, and there are many people who are afraid to doubt the things they are told. Today, we need more skepticism in science and psychology. We need people who don’t take claims as truth when they have not been fully proven.
So, in an answer to the question: Why skepticism? I say, because it can help us think clearly, be more realistic, and have better results in life. In this guide, we will focus on just that. We will also touch on why skepticism isn’t always the same as pessimism or cynicism, and how we should rewire our brains to think more independently and intelligently.
Join these thought processes today by reading or listening to this book.

Not only did this book seem like it was high quality, but it also taught me essential aspects of daily life, and about this subject in particular, of course. So, it definitely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.

One more detail: The narrator sounded so good that I would most likely listen to it in the future. Maybe even more than just once. I can't recall every single thing that's being said in these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being mentioned. This was well worth my time. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Dearest audio fans, I hope you find this message. I want you to realize that this is an impressive book. In the beginning, I was wondering where exactly it was going, but after listening to it for a while, I got into it. Then I saw this specific book for what it really was: A fantastic work by an educated author and expert narrator. Despite of the writer's knowledge about the concept, the narrator was still the aspect I was most satisfied with. This is what actually sold me on the author's book.
