What our readers think
Readers find this title to be enlightening and informative, with a breath of fresh air. The author and narrator have put a lot of time and energy into the audiobook. However, some reviewers found the narrator's reading level to be low and preferred the ebook version. Overall, the performance of the storyteller was excellent and the information provided was valuable, especially for those with some prior knowledge on the subject. There was a minor complaint about the inclusion of zombie information in a few chapters, which some readers did not find relevant to survival in the wilderness.

It appears as if we are dealing with a pro here. The storyteller's performance was to die for. I encourage you (or even everybody who reads this) to get this audio book. I liked it. I discovered a lot just by soaking all of it up. The information was excellent, especially if you already understand a little about the issue. Really, you might understand nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly.2 people found this helpful

This audiobook ought to be granted an accolade. That's how good it is. Knowing so many new aspects of this idea was enlightening, to say the least. It was a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed it. I know I'm not the best of review writers, but this deserves appreciation. The author and narrator have clearly put so much time and energy into these audiobooks.1 person found this helpful

Some good information but it’s narrated by a guy that sounds like he’s got a 7th grade reading level from Minnesota or some other Midwest state. I’ll just read the ebook version instead.
