The owner insists that she spend the night there before he'll accept her offer, because too many prospective buyers have backed out. She enlists her best friend Jace to stay with her. The problem? There's only one bed, and she's secretly in love with him. Will one night together ruin their friendship?

This is a mashup of friends-to-lovers and OTT insta-love. It's super-steamy with likeable characters.
