Catarina von Hasenberg is very used to be underestimated and also to keep her secrets close to her. What people see is not always what she is thinking or what she really is Her family sometimes use her as a spy so when theres rumour of some things that are going to happen in the worlds she's the perfect candidate, both in terms of age and ability to go to a rival House summer retreat and see what she can learn.With her she has Alexander Sterling who at one stage rejected her for his own reasons, he has secrets too and between them if they can learn to trust they will change the worlds foreverThis series is a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to reading book 1 when I locate it and passing the series to my husband..

The whole trilogy is fantastic, and this makes for a very satisfying end.

I liked the first two books of this trilogy much better. The lead characters seemed much more fleshed out and interesting. The hero in this one feels almost unknown. There is very little of his backstory here. If I hadn't read the first two books in the series a lot of this one would be very flat and maybe hard to follow.

You guys OMG I love the universe that @jessmihalik created! CHAOS REIGNING is the third and final installment in the Consortium Rebellion trilogy and each book is a unique clever candy confection culminating in a very satisfying conclusion. The series centers on an intergalactic government conspiracy with plenty of glorious space opera adventure, political intrigue, family dynamics, and steamy romance. I've been following this series from the first book's (POLARIS RISING) publication and have always been thoroughly sated after reading Mihalik's stories. Her short stories, only available in eBook format, are also a marvelous treat. Seriously people if you love a delicious slow burn romance, the love between siblings in the @juliaquinnauthor Bridgerton series, or space operas, you have got to get your hands on these books!
