Well.... that was an intense ride! The story writing and world building in this series was phenomenal, and it kept me engaged for all 4 books. This last one was a bit harder to follow, but it all came together pretty well in the end terms of plot and tying loose ends. But did I like the ending ending?...... a hard no, lol. It left me upside down, inside out, pun intended, but that could be the authors brilliant intention.

This book made me ugly cry and call out of my corporate job. I will never recover from this.

What was all the rush in the last chapters\ 4 hours of the book? I almost felt nauseated by all the changes and the fast pace of the story... The writer was much more considerate in the first 3 books and then we got to this book and Boom?
Most people have mixed feelings about the ending... So do I!!! I think the writing is different than usual fantasy books and the series is worth reading but maybe there could be other ways of ending the story or more clarifications about the side characters in the book

The first two books are among my all time favorites, but I won't accept that ending. I don't know if I should be angry, devastated, or both.
