Some good tips, but I had to go look at the date this was published when a little way in they recommend borrowing a typewrite and making sure your ribbon is fresh. Plus, listening to the narrator was slightly difficult. She swallows audibly a lot and her voice pitch makes it sound like she is speaking at 2x speed when played at normal speed.
