TRAIN YOUR OWN WAY

Spring is traditionally the time when we ramp up our fitness plans, but there’s no need to wait until then. With the coldest part of winter now out of the way, the days are starting to get longer, and the crisp days can even help to take some of the heat out of cardio workouts.

Jono Castano from Acero gym, who counts celebs such as Rebel Wilson, Rita Ora and Laura Dundovic as clients, says there’s no right or wrong moment. “If you decide tomorrow, ‘Hey, I want to kickstart my goals,’ then that’s the right time,” he says.
