I LEARNED ABOUT THE Brava oven at my first TinyFest in early 2020. I heard it made a great frozen pizza, so I wrote it off as something I didn’t really need. Instead, I went with a big, fancy toaster oven, which I thought would feel the most “normal” and would allow me to do all the cooking—both basic and fancy—I imagined would be a huge part of my vanlife.
