I am the founder of Bettina’s Kitchen, as well as a plant-based chef, recipe developer and cookbook author. I started in the wellness industry 10 years ago, running health retreats all over the world and catering them, and continue to do so alongside teaching at my Retreat Chef Academy, where I help students learn the fundamentals of retreat cheffing. I live in north London with my husband, nine-year-old daughter and our pets.
