IT WAS raining hard, and a big puddle had formed in front of an Irish pub. An old man stood by the puddle holding a stick with a string on the end, jiggling it up and down in the puddle.

A businessman soon walked by and saw this. Curious, he asked the old man what he was doing. “Fishing,” the old man replied.
