I’d go so far as to say that Welly is pretty fabulous whatever the weather, but on my recent jaunt to our capital, the weather was indeed beautiful. With cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of each other it was easy to wander the streets, camera in hand as I ate and drank my way around the city.
