How to cope with childhood food allergies

For children living with a food allergy, everything from sleepovers to school camps requires thought and planning. We look at ways to navigate some common scenarios if your child has an allergy.

Australia is regarded as a food allergy capital of the world, so if you’ve recently discovered your child has developed one you’re not alone. Around eight per cent of children under five years are living with one, and one in 10 babies in Australia develop a food allergy before they turn one.
