I’ve been a boss and I’ve also had a boss who tried to bully me. They failed. Because I refused to let them win. But the whole subject of the difference between ‘bullying’ and being firm in the work place has risen its ugly head again with the fact our deputy PM, Dominic Raab, is facing accusations that he wasn’t a nice person to work for.
