SAMBAL BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
SERVES 4 (AS A SNACK) PREP 10 MINS COOK 30 MINS
• 800g chicken wing nibbles
• 100g blue cheese, crumbled
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 40g butter, melted
• 1 tbsp sambal oelek
• 2 tsp hot sauce
• thinly sliced green onions, to serve
1 Lightly spray basket of air fryer with oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a single layer in the basket. Cook 30-35 mins at 180°C, turning twice, until very crisp.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mash cheese with a fork. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir to combine. Season and stir through
