Jesinta Franklin ‘MOVING MY BODY IS A MUST!’

After giving birth to two children within a year, Jesinta Franklin was never in a rush to get her pre-baby body back. But the 31-year-old has admitted that feeling strong again was important.

“[I] don’t think exercising should be seen as self-care. It should be more of a need, not a want,” the model shared on the Uninterrupted by Women’s Health Australia podcast. “It shouldn’t be a luxurious thing to do, even though it totally feels like that every time I go to the gym and leave the kids behind. It feels so indulgent, but it’s like, ‘No, you know what? You actually need to exercise to maintain health and wellbeing.’”

Working out twice a week with a personal trainer, Franklin says she aims to move her body every day. “Even if it’s just a stretch before bed, because it does make me feel better,” she shared.

And while she tries to nourish herself with good food, the Aussie star isn’t afraid to indulge.
