Growing up in a large Greek family taught Leah Itsines that food is a celebration, a gift we are given every day and how to make the most of it. She fondly recalls get-togethers with “a ridiculous number of cousins” and her yiayia (grandmother) serving up her signature dishes while her papou (grandfather) manned the barbecue.
