What began as a hobby for Lisa Barrett during the initial hard lockdown in 2020 has turned into a small business that now earns an extra income for this green-fingered entrepreneur.

“I fell in love with gardening during that first lockdown,” says Lisa. “As an occupational therapist based at various schools, I had to stop working when they were closed. With plenty of time on my hands, I was able to dream, plan and immerse myself in my garden. At first, I grew organic vegetables and only a few flowers. Just before the lockdown started, I rushed out and bought the last few veggie seedlings from our local nursery, dug up some of our lawn and planted them.
