YOU WILL NEED

50g walnut pieces, roughly chopped
300g wholewheat spaghetti
200g trimmed fine green beans, cut into 3cm lengths
2 garlic cloves
Zest and juice 1 unwaxed lemon
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
200g baby spinach
25g basil, leaves only
4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp finely grated Pecorino, plus a little extra, to serve
