Some types of exercise, such as walking, are appealing because they come naturally. Others, such as strength training, can seem daunting. So you stick with cardio, which is fine because any exercise is better than none, right? Not exactly. From strong bones and better balance to weight management and improved mental health, it’s best to do both cardio and resistance training to reap the full health benefits.
