Five-spice pork with almonds

SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME 35 MINS

750g pork fillets, sliced thinly
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 carrot, cut into long thin strips
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
4 baby bok choy, halved lengthways
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp hot water
100g snow peas, trimmed
1 cup bean sprouts

1/3 cup blanched almonds, roasted, chopped coarsely
1 lime, cut into wedges

1 Combine pork and spices in a large bowl, mixing well.

2 Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork mixture, in batches, until pork is browned and tender. Remove from wok.
