Choose one; all serve one
Salad niçoise
Boil new until just tender, adding some trimmed for the last 2 mins of cooking. Drain and transfer and add to the bowl. Add some sliced, 6 pitted olives in brine and leaves. Drizzle over fat-free vinaigrette and a squeeze of lemon juice and toss gently. Season to taste and serve.
