CHILLI MINCE FAJITAS
Kidney beans are a great source of fibre. This tasty dish makes an economical and warming meal.

✣1tbsp vegetable oil
✣2 small red onions, sliced
✣500g pack lean beef mince
✣2tsp chipotle or other paste
✣1tbsp smoky BBQ fajita season mix
✣400g can chopped tomatoes
✣400g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
✣Corn tortilla wraps, soured cream, sliced avocado and fresh coriander, to serve
