✱ 2tbsp olive oil
✱ 2 onions, sliced
✱ 250g basmati rice, rinsed
✱ 2 bay leaves
✱ 1 cinnamon stick
✱ 500ml hot vegetable stock
✱ 3tbsp curry paste
✱ 4 medium eggs
✱ 100g spinach
✱ 200g petit pois, defrosted if frozen
