1.3kg butternut pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, coarsely chopped
2 large fresh thyme sprigs, plus extra Leaves, to serve
830ml (3⅓ cups) Massel Stock Vegetable
Shaved Cheddar, and cheese and onion crinkle cut chips, to serve

Heat the butter and oil in a Large saucepan
