MAKES ABOUT 18 PREP + COOK TIME 45 MINUTES (+ COOLING)

3 eggs
2/3 cup (150g) caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
½ cup (75g) plain flour
1/4 cup (25g) cocoa
50g unsalted butter, melted, plus extra for greasing
75g white chocolate, melted
75g dark chocolate, melted
2 glacé cumquats, sliced thinly, for decorating, optional

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
