After making millions in property investment, Peter Chadwick had an oceanview home in an exclusive gated community in Newport Beach, California.

Peter shared the Mediterranean-style home, worth around $2.5 million, with his Malaysian-born wife of 21 years, Quee Choo.

Peter had been born in the UK but became a US citizen when he married Quee, 46, who had been his college sweetheart.

Once wed, Quee, affectionately known to her friends as QC, became a stayat-home mum to their three sons, aged eight, 10 and 14.

Family was everything to Quee, and she loved nothing more than big get-togethers.

Those who knew the couple said they were quiet and easy-going.
