Question:
read that after a regular evening meal that includes dessert, it’s good to wait 14-16 hours for complete digestion before eating again. I’m 80 and not as vigorous in exercising as I used to be, so for two or three days a week, I’ve started having my usual flat white, but nothing else until noon when I eat lunch. Is this a good routine to help
