SERVES 2 PREPARATION TIME 30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
200g pork mince
½ onion, diced
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
½ chilli deseeded and finely sliced
2 tbsp water
Juice of 1 lime, plus extra
Lime wedges to serve
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

SALAD

75g (1 cup) shaved red cabbage
75g (1 cup) shaved white
