14 Allen’s Red Ripperz lollies
450g pkt double unfilled slab sponge cakes
450g (3 cups) icing sugar mixture
50g butter, at room temperature
125ml (½ cup) hot water
130g (1½ cups) desiccated coconut

Place the cream and 6 Red Ripperz in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Cook, stirring often,
