WE’VE TAKEN A BEATING

CAST your mind back to March 2020 when we thought lockdown would last three weeks and then life would go back to normal.

How wrong we were. Here we are, at the start of the third year of a pandemic that has affected every person on the planet.

And it’s taken a toll on all of us, even if we’ve been lucky enough to escape the virus itself. From ulcers to hair loss, dental problems to weight gain, the stress, sickness and enforced new way of life have had an impact on almost every part of our bodies.

We’ll have to act now if we want to ensure things don’t stay that way, experts say.
