Keep reminding yourself why you wanted to do this – to feel better about the way your body looks and feels. That’s worth a few minutes every day! We always feel better afterwards, so don’t think long and hard about when you’re going to fit in the next 15-minute session – just start doing it.
For the next two weeks of core circuits, we’re going to increase the demands you make on your new-found core muscles. You’ll also apply this new knowledge to the way you move during the intensive workouts. Remember, core awareness is vital to all movement – not just the ‘abs exercises’.
