Seize the moment: the time to begin this regime is right now. If you decide to make time later, you may find you are busy, or exhausted after a long day’s work in your new vocation of being a mum. So, take 15 minutes to begin with, and be firm with yourself: you’re worth spending some time on, and the sooner you start, the sooner you’ll get results. So, come on, let’s go!
You can’t strengthen and tone muscles your brain isn’t talking to. For the first two weeks, we’re going to start to reconnect, and get your body working and moving as a unit again. Get this part right, and you’re on your way!
