Spicy Chicken Wings with Creamy Herb Dip

200g mild Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1 medium jalapeno, thinly sliced
50g bacon bits
6 slices chorizo sausage or salami
1. Preheat oven to 200˚C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Using a tablespoon, make little heaps of cheese on the baking sheet, leaving enough space in between for spreading.
3. Top each heap with a different topping, or you can combine some of the toppings.
4. Bake on high for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely until crisp.
