Barbecue Pork Chow Mein
Serves 4-6, Prep and Cook 20 mins
350g packet fresh chow mein noodles
2 tblsps vegetable oil
350g sliced Chinese barbecue pork
1 tblsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 bunch pak choy (250g), thinly sliced
300g bag Classic Coleslaw
5 green spring onions, thinly sliced
SAUCE
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tblsps soy sauce
1 tblsp hot chilli sauce
Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water
