The hustle and bustle of city life has always drawn people in to live there for great job opportunities, close knit communities and plenty of leisure activities.

But in recent times, people have been fleeing the city, with their families in tow, to live their lives as country bumpkins.

According to Ross Counsell, a chartered surveyor, property investor and director of property buying company Good Move, there are simple explanations as to why.

‘During the pandemic, people living in cities moved to the countryside in their masses,’ says Ross.
