Brownie HEAVEN

One-pan triple choc brownie

SERVES 16 PREP + COOK TIME 1 HOUR 15 MINS

150g butter, chopped
300g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
12/3 cups (370g) brown sugar
¾ cup (110g) plain flour
¼ cup (35g) self-raising flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup (120g) sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
180g white chocolate, chopped
100g milk chocolate, chopped

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm over sides.

2 Stir butter and 200g dark chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
