Chia bircher with granola & pomegranate

160g raspberries
2 cups (560g) low-fat Greek yoghurt
¼ cup (40g) white chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¾ cup (60g) traditional rolled oats
½ cup (40g) sliced raw almonds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 medium pomegranate (320g), seeds removed
Reserve 12 of the raspberries. Mash remainder in a medium bowl with yoghurt
