BACK-TO-SCHOOL MEALS

Invest in some new Tupperware with multiple compartments and smaller containers for dips and dressings. Remember most schools have a no-nut policy and some schools don’t allow sesame. If this is the case, in the ideas below, replace tahini with sunflower or pumpkin seed butter and hummus with tzatziki.

 Falafel box Pack a few homemade or shop-bought falafel into a box with hummus for dunking, chopped veg and strips of pitta.

 Toss egg noodles with soy, tahini, lime juice and thinly sliced veg like red pepper and spring onion. Top with sesame seeds.
