Chard, feta & sesame pie with olive oil pastry

Nutty olive oil pastry marries well with soft, tangy feta. The chard can be swapped out for spinach or spring greens, too.

2 tbsp olive oil2 leeks or onions, halved lengthways and sliced300g swiss or rainbow chard4 garlic cloves, crushed15g dill, finely chopped15g parsley, finely chopped15g mint, finely chopped1 lemon, zested and juiced1 tbsp tahini1 tsp sumac½ tsp chilli flakes200g feta, crumbled
