4-ingredient passionfruit & lemon condensed milk slice

makes 18 I prep 15 mins (+ cooling & overnight chilling) I cooking 15 mins E

14 plain digestive biscuits
2 x 395g cans sweetened condensed milk
125ml (½ cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
185ml(¾ cup) fresh lemon juice, strained

1 Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line a 19 x 29cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing the paper to overhang the 2 long sides.

2 Reserve 2 biscuits. Arrange the remaining biscuits over the base of the prepared pan, filling the gaps with the reserved biscuits, cutting to fit as needed.
