ROASTED PLUMS WITH POMEGRANATE
Bay brings an earthy warmth to roasted plums.
SERVES 4
✣8 plums, halved and stoned
✣1 pomegranate, halved
✣A few bay leaves
✣Low-fat yogurt, to serve
You will also need:
✣A large roasting tin
1 Heat the oven to 180C/ Gas 4.
2 Place the plums in the tin, cut side up, along with the pomegranate, cut side down. Bash the pomegranate skins to loosen the seeds. Hold
