Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! We all know that fresh air does us good, so it came as no surprise to read a recent item in the press that claimed the more time you spend near ‘blue spaces’ like lakes, canals and beaches the more you benefit physically and psychologically.
The report, published by , added up the number of lakes, canals and beaches found in each county of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, then, factoring in the size of each county, ranked them in order
