Fruity frosé

SERVES 6

There is nothing more refreshing than a glass of chilled rosé – or at least, that’s what we thought before making this frozen rosé. Fruity, fresh and delicious.

PREP TIME: 15 MINS, PLUS OVERNIGHT FREEZING TIME SKILL LEVEL: MEDIUM CALS: 290 FAT: 0G SAT FAT: 0G CARBS: 10G

YOU WILL NEED

750ml bottle rosé wine
150g strawberries, hulled
100g caster sugar
2tbsp lemon juice
6tbsp Campari
Mint sprigs, to garnish

HOW TO DO IT

1 Pour the wine into a plastic container, seal and freeze for 6 hrs or overnight. (It won’t freeze solid).

Meanwhile, put the fruit, sugar and lemon juice into a pan with 100ml water and simmer for 2 mins. Strain
