You might know a superfood when you spot one – but what about your hyper-foods? Superfoods are a nutritionally dense part of our diet which health experts urge us to eat more of. They often include fruit and veg such as blueberries, broccoli and other greens, although there is no scientifically accepted definition of what actually makes a superfood. And nutritionists are often nervous about labelling foods as ‘good’, ‘bad’ or ‘super’.
