SPICY TUNA MEATBALL PASTA

An innovative seafood twist on the classic Italian pasta sauce and meatballs.

SERVES 4

600g (1¼lb) tuna steak, fresh or frozen
(defrosted if frozen)
4 spring onions, finely chopped
½tsp dried rosemary
1tsp dried thyme
320g (11oz) pasta twists For the sauce:
2tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1tsp chilli flakes
400g can chopped tomatoes
300ml (10fl oz) reduced-salt vegetable stock
1tsp runny honey
