CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CARBONARA

6 rashers of bacon, diced
250g (9oz) mushrooms, chopped
1tsp of olive oil
4 chicken thigh fillets, cut into cubes
100ml (3½fl oz) dry white wine
200ml (7fl oz) creme fraiche
300g (10oz) spaghetti
