Base

205g packet Leda Arrowroot Biscuits
½ cup coconut oil, melted

Filling

800g coconut ice cream
100g Arrowroot Biscuits, whole
500g fresh strawberries, sliced + extra, to serve
180g Leda Golden Crunch Biscuits, crushed

Line a 30×20cm lamington tin with baking paper.
